You're capable. So why is this so hard?

You've led teams, fixed broken processes, and handled the things nobody else wanted to touch.

But when it's time to put that on a resume, or answer "Tell me about a time when…" in an interview, the words don't come.

  • You go blank on your biggest wins.
  • You describe your duties instead of your impact.
  • You know you're qualified, but it doesn't come across that way.
  • Your search feels scattered: a few applications here, a few there, and a lot of waiting.

Nothing is missing. It just hasn't been put into words yet.

This isn't a skills problem. It's a language problem.

I spent eight years as a recruiter and the rest of my 20+ year career in career development. Over and over, I watched capable women get passed over for one reason: they had never been taught how to talk about what they'd done.

So I built the tools to fix that.

Keep the part only you can do.

One thing in a job search cannot be handed to anyone else — being a person, talking to other people, and building the relationships that turn into offers. Everything in front of it is logistics.

So let it be logistics.

What only you can do

  • Decide which companies you actually want.
  • Have the conversation.
  • Press send, in your own words.
  • Be the one they remember after the interview.
  • Say your number out loud.

What Scout does instead of you

  • Searches every board, portal and company career page against your titles, level and sector.
  • Opens every link and confirms the role is real and currently open.
  • Throws out the ghost postings and the two-year-old reposts.
  • Counts the same role on four boards as one role.
You wake up to the shortlist and the draft already written. What’s left is the part you’re good at.

Amazing Feature

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, metus at rhoncus dapibus, habitasse vitae cubilia.

What Scout does every morning, before you’re awake

  1. SEARCHES. LinkedIn, Indeed, Built In, company career pages, sector boards, government and higher-ed portals, nonprofit and foundation boards, and executive search firms — against your specific titles, level, sectors and geography.
  2. VERIFIES EVERY LINK. Only roles that are real and currently open. If a listing can’t be verified, it doesn’t reach you.
  3. CHECKS IT AGAINST EVERYTHING YOU’VE ALREADY SEEN. The same posting on four boards is one entry. You never look at the same role twice.
  4. RANKS THE FIT. High, medium or low, against your positioning — with the reason attached, so you know why something didn’t make the cut.
  5. FINDS THE DECISION-MAKER. For the single best role that day: the leader, founder or retained recruiter who actually owns the hire.
  6. WRITES THE OUTREACH. In your voice, leading with the problem you solve rather than asking for a job — plus a LinkedIn connection request and the day-four follow-up, already drafted.
  7. PUTS IT IN YOUR DRAFTS. Sitting in your email, ready. You read it, change what you want, and press send.

What lands in your inbox

Three sections, every day. Never longer than it needs to be.

ACTION NEEDED — The best new role today, the person who owns the hire, the verified link, and your outreach, written and waiting in your drafts.

NEW RESOURCES — One new board, employer, event or search firm you didn’t have yesterday. Your search gets wider every single day.

NO ACTION NEEDED — Everything else Scout found and logged, each with one line on why it isn’t worth your time today. Nothing quietly disappears — you just don’t have to think about it.

Some days the honest answer is “nothing today.” Scout says that plainly rather than padding the list to look busy.

What Scout will never do

  • NEVER SENDS ANYTHING. Every email is a draft. You read it, you edit it, you send it. Your name stays yours.
  • NEVER INVENTS A ROLE, A COMPANY, A PERSON OR A LINK. If it can’t be verified, it doesn’t appear. You will never chase a job that doesn’t exist.
  • NEVER GUESSES AT SOMEONE’S PERSONAL EMAIL. Published contacts, contact forms and LinkedIn only.
  • NEVER SHOWS YOU THE SAME ROLE TWICE.
  • NEVER REWRITES HOW YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF. Your positioning is the thing we agree at the start, and Scout holds it exactly.

How it starts

  1. YOU SEND ME YOUR COMPLETED RESUME AND LIST OF CORE COMPETENCIES.
  2. COMPLETE THE SCOUT INTAKE FORM: Target titles, positioning, sectors, level, geography, etc. This is YOUR search and you get to decide what is right for you.
  3. I REVIEW YOUR RESUME MYSELF. Not a scan; an actual review. Scout doesn’t start until I’ve marked it ready, because there is no point in generating brilliant outreach that points at a document underselling you.
  4. SCOUT STARTS AND RUNS MONDAY–FRIDAY. Your first briefing lands within 48 hours of your completed intake form coming back to me.

Who Scout is for

This is for you if:

You’re experienced and you know roughly what you’re aiming at. You have the skill and you’re out of hours. You’d rather have four real conversations this month than send forty more applications into the dark.

This isn’t for you if:

You don’t yet know what you want next. That’s a real and worthwhile question, but it’s coaching work, not search work — Scout would just find you more of what you already have, faster. Let’s do that part first.
