Career Code Community – Code of Conduct

Our Commitment

Career Code Community is a professional growth space built on respect, support, confidentiality, and integrity. Every member is expected to contribute to a safe, encouraging, and productive environment.

By joining the community, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

1. Respect & Professionalism

All members must treat one another with professionalism and respect.

This includes:

Being kind, constructive, and supportive
Respecting different backgrounds, experiences, and opinions
Communicating in a mature and professional manner
Giving feedback respectfully

The community is a place to grow—not tear others down.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Harassment or Bullying

Including but not limited to:

Threatening behavior
Intimidation
Personal attacks
Discrimination
Repeated unwanted contact
Offensive comments

Selling or Soliciting Members

No member may use the community to:

Pitch services
Promote products
Recruit for outside programs
Send unsolicited offers
Use direct messages for sales outreach

Rude, Negative, or Unsupportive Behavior

Including:

Insults
Mocking others
Hostile responses
Gossiping
Creating drama
Repeated negativity

Spamming of Any Kind

Including:

Repetitive posting
Unrelated links
Promotional content
Flooding chats or comments
Copy/paste messages
Excessive tagging

Unauthorized Photos, Videos, or Recordings

No member may:

Screenshot private conversations
Record coaching calls
Share photos of members without permission
Upload videos or recordings from inside the community
Redistribute community content externally

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

What is shared in Career Code Community stays in Career Code Community.

Members must respect the privacy of others and keep all personal stories, career situations, coaching discussions, and private conversations confidential.

Do not share:

Member names or personal details
Job search situations
Private conversations
Coaching discussions
Screenshots or recordings
Internal resources outside the program

Trust is essential to this community.

4. Positive Community Standards

Members are encouraged to:

Support each other’s wins and growth
Ask thoughtful questions
Share helpful insights
Celebrate progress
Be open to learning
Maintain a growth mindset

5. Intellectual Property

All community materials, trainings, templates, resources, and coaching content are for paying members only.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, or share Career Code materials without written permission.

6. Account Access

Membership is for the registered member only.

You may not:

Share login access
Allow others to use your membership
Repost member-only content elsewhere

7. Enforcement & Removal

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

Warning (when appropriate)
Temporary suspension
Immediate termination of access
Permanent removal from the program
No refund issued

Serious violations may result in immediate removal without warning.

All enforcement decisions are at the sole discretion of Career Code leadership.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, report it privately to the Career Code team for review.

All reports will be handled seriously and respectfully.

9. Final Standard

We are building a high-level professional community.

If your behavior damages trust, safety, or the experience of other members, you may lose access immediately.
